1. Prices

    1.1 How much is freight ?
    Freight is calculated in the shopping cart and varies on the size and amount of products you have put into your shopping basket before you finalise your order.

    1.2 How up to date are your prices?
    Our prices are indeed kept up to date as much as possible, but sometimes prices change and we cannot guaranteed the displayed prices are the prices for tomorrow. Though prices tend not to change drastically, whichever price is shown when you complete your order is the amount you pay (obvious errors expected).

    1.3 If I buy all the parts necessary for a complete system from iPlay Store do I get a special deal?
    Of course, if you place a complete system in parts in the shopping basket and then select the "Quote" option of payment, we will then review your purchase and get back to you regarding an updated price. At no point is there an obligation or commitment that you must purchase the system from us. If you wish we can also build the new system (labour costs incl.).

2. Payment Methods

    Payment can be made prior to shipping the order or at any time during the processing of the order.

    2.1 Pricing
    Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and reflect a 3% discount for Cash.
    Cash Payments can be made in various forms:

      Cash (on collection)
      Cheque (on collection or by post)
      EFTPoS (on collection)
      Direct Credit (From any bank or by Internet and Phone Banking)

    The discount does not apply to any other form of payment.

    For payments by Cash or Eftpos

    You can arrange to pay by Cash or Eftpos at our offices located at:

    Please note:
    The collection times are between 10am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

    For payments by Cheque

    Cheque's to be made out to 'iPlay Wellington Limited' and mailed to:

      PO Box 11910
      Wellington
      6142

    Please attach a copy of the confirmation email to the Cheque, so we can identify your order. (Very important if the Cheque is in a different name to the order) Your order will be delayed if you do not send a reference identifying your order.

    For payments by Direct Credit

    Funds can be deposited into our bank account:

    Please use your Order Number (as printed in confirmation email and screen receipt) as a reference.

    If your name is not included as a reference there will be a delay in dispatch as we will require proof of payment. If we require Proof of payment this can be faxed to (04)494 0089

    Once the payment is made please send an email to sales@iplaynz.com advising:

      1. Date of deposit
      2. Reference name used on the deposit
      3. Your invoice number
      4. Amount deposited

      Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard - $3000 Limit)

    Please do not email your credit card number, credit card transactions are available in store (online coming soon)

    Details we require to accept your credit card:

      1. Card Type
      2. Card Number
      3. Name on Card
      4. Expiry date.

    The limit for Credit Card Processing is $3000.00.

    If your order value exceeds $3000.00, alternative methods of payment can be taken to pay the difference. Please note: We will not process any amount over $3000.00 on the same credit card for the same order.

    2.3 Stock and Delivery

    All orders are subject to stock availability.

    Every order is tracked internally at iPlay Store by our order tracking system. Clients will be notified by an automated email once we have entered your order into our system. With this email will be a link which allows you to access our internal system so you can get some idea of where your order is at. You can access this at any time for an instant update on your orders progress with us internally.

    The order's ETA (Estimated time of Arrival) usually takes between 1 to 4 business days from confirmation of the order and stock availability which starts as soon as your order is logged into our tracking system.

    Stock on order normally takes between 1 to 2 business days from our suppliers; our sales team will confirm availability and notify you immediately when your order is ready to be shipped, collected or if any delays are likely to occur because of stock availability.

    4.1 What information do you collect, and how do you use it?

    When you order, we need to know your name, email address, shipping adrress, billing address, and how you are paying. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you sign up for our mailing list we need only an email address -- which we use to send the information you requested. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Accord Internet City for the purpose it was given.

    4.2 Do you make any customer details available to third parties?

    No, and that includes your email address. At no point are your email address or details displayed on publically viewable sources where web spiders, etc. can grab your information to be gathered for advertising purposes except we reserve the right on circumstances related to non-payment issues and similar.
